The Road Less Traveled

There is the wide road used by most people of this world and there is the narrow way, the Road Less Traveled. This blog is about experiences, people and places on the narrow path. I lived and worked in North Africa for many years. That is my outer journey. But my inner journey is spiritual, global and universal. In 2012, I moved to the Golden Triangle region of SE Asia (Laos, Myanmar, Thailand). I have started a whole new adventure. Come join me on the Road Less Traveled. Without and within.

Cyber Bomb

The news from Casablanca: "cyber-cafe bombed"
a man blew himself up in a cybercafe with explosives strapped to his body as he argued with the owner's son about viewing jihadist websites. The man died and 4 others injured, including the son. Question is, was it deliberate or did it happen accidently? Was the guy planning to blow up something else?

At any rate, the cat's out of the bag. L asked N, "What do you think about this?"
N said, "That guy is not a real Muslim. Real Muslims are not supoosed to kill people like that. Prophet Muhammed told us that violence is OK only in self-defense, say defending your land."

Yahoo news said there are 5000 jihadist websites on the internet. It's getting popular.

Next time you go to a cyber-cafe, check the other users' screens. Make sure they aren't on jihad. Otherwise, you could be the next casualty.
